Agreement for the Provision of “Live Support for 3 Months”
1. General Provisions
This agreement governs the terms of the “Live Support for 3 Months” service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), which is provided to the purchaser (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”) as part of their purchase of the “Practical Manual for the Production of Natural Fermented Vinegar” (hereinafter referred to as the “Manual”).
2. Scope and Format of the Service
2.1. The Service is provided in the form of online consultations through correspondence via email or the WhatsApp messenger.
2.2. The total amount of time allocated for consultations under the Service shall not exceed 60 hours over the course of 3 months from the activation of the Service.
3. Content of the Consultations
3.1. As part of the Service, the Client may receive the following types of consultations:
– Review and correction of the production journal.
– Assistance with the procurement of materials and equipment.
– Consultations on business calculations related to vinegar production.
3.2. The consultations are advisory in nature and are intended to assist in the application of the technology described in the Manual.
4. Limitation of Liability
4.1. All information and recommendations provided under the Service are based on the personal experience and knowledge of the method developer and should not be considered as professional or legally binding advice.
4.2. The method developer shall not be liable for any losses or damages related to the application of the recommendations provided under the Service.
5. Procedure for the Provision of the Service
5.1. The Service is activated upon the Client’s purchase of the Manual with the added option of “Live Support for 3 Months.”
5.2. The Client has the right to use the Service for 3 months from the date of activation. After this period, access to the Service will be terminated, regardless of whether the allocated 60 hours of consultations have been used.
6. Termination of the Service
6.1. The Service may be terminated early at the Client’s initiative by providing written notice to the method developer. In the event of early termination, unused consultation hours will not be reimbursed.
6.2. The method developer reserves the right to terminate the Service in the event of the Client’s violation of the terms of this agreement.
7. Other Conditions
7.1. This agreement is effective from the date of Service activation and shall terminate upon the expiration of 3 months or upon reaching the limit of 60 consultation hours.
7.2. Any changes to the terms of the Service are possible only with the consent of both parties.
Confirmation of Agreement
By purchasing the Manual with the added option of “Live Support for 3 Months,” the Client agrees to the terms of this agreement and commits to adhering to them.
